Working together to ensure the safety and security of Canadians: AECL and CFB Petawawa participate in training exercise
(December 13) AECL has been neighbours with Canadian Forces Base Petawawa for over 60 years, and during this time the two organizations have taken great pride in ensuring the safety of Canadians. On Monday, November 14, AECL’s Nuclear Response Force (NRF) officers and soldiers from the 1 RCR 1st Battalion from CFB Petawawa joined forces to complete a training exercise together on site at the Chalk River Laboratories (CRL).
